Brilliant III ultrafast SYBR qPCR and qRT-PCR Master Mixes provide specificity by utilizing a novel faster-activating hot start method. Minimizes the formation of primer-dimers and other off-target reactions. These reagents are robust and reproducible across many assays on fast cycling real-time platforms.

Novel fast Taq mutant for qPCR results in under 35 minutes. Enhanced rapid hot start saves time and reduces primer-dimer formation. Pre-blended formulations are compatible with any SYBR Green dye. Yields reliable and reproducible data.
