The Cot-1 Human DNA product is optimized for CGH (comparative genomic hybridization) and CGH+SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) microarray workflows. The product is compatible with the SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit and SureTag DNA Labeling Kit, and Genomic DNA ULS Labeling Kit.

  • The total number of reactions per array format depends on the format of the array used for the experiment
